Track your Shipment

Once you place an order with us, you can track your order here. Simply contact us via email at Information@BloussantProduct.com and be sure to include your Order number or the name the Order was placed under. Your Order number is the seven digit number associated with your order when it was placed. If you have any difficulties or cannot locate your order number, please contact us at Information@BloussantProduct.com or call Toll Free at 1-877-948-5711, and we'll assist you.

Note: If payment was by check, we must wait 14 days for the check to clear before your package is shipped. At the time of shipment is when your order is assigned a tracking number. Therefore, orders paid for by check will have a delay before the ability to track your order is available.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard service usually takes 7 to 10 business days and Express service usually takes 2 to 4 business days, not including weekends or holidays. International shipping will go via the US postal service Express Mail International and can take 2 to 5 business days to arrive in the country of destination, not including any delays due to customs, which can be an additional 2 to 10 days more before delivery. If using a check for payment, add 14 days to these shipping estimates.
